Description
Wool Tablet Woven Belt – Madder
This is a tablet woven Orange Madder, Black, White wool belt that has been made using natural plant dyed wool yarns.
I weave the belts and sashes using traditional Finnish Karelian tablet weaving patterns. Many of these designs date back to the early Iron Age in Finland.

As each tablet woven band is made with natural plant dyes, the colours of the wool sash tie belt will vary with each order.
These belts can be custom ordered in a selection of colours and lengths.
The Pricing for handwoven belts and sashes varies depending on the width and length of the belt and the complexity of the weave structure. Complex patterns take much longer to weave.
Please contact me if you would like to place a custom order.
Custom orders take about 3-4 weeks to complete. Due to recent surgery it may take a bit longer to complete custom orders. Thank you for your patience.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This covers the cost of my materials if you change your mind.
