Returns Policy

All of my items are handmade and or hand-dyed (by myself) so there will be variations in the colours, size or style in each listing. If you are unhappy with any item, please contact me directly via my contact email and I will be happy to discuss a return.

I offer a 14 day returns policy on any items that you receive that were not as described, or that have arrived damaged or broken. Goods must be returned in an unused condition. Returns must be shipped by Tracked shipping. Return shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.

On receipt of the item, refunds will be issued within 5 business days if possible. I am not always home due to family and other commitments but I do my best to keep you informed.


I accept Custom Orders for some items. All Custom orders require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit, due on placement of the order. This charge covers the cost of materials and a portion of my time to make the item. The balance of the order will be charged at the time of delivery.
If you are unhappy with the completion of the order, please contact me by email.
The item must be returned within 14 days, in a new and unused condition. The 50% balance of the order will be refunded on receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.


I ship most orders within 4 days of placing your order. I am not able to go to the post office every day as Royal Mail services have declined recently, but I do ship as soon as possible.

Most items are shipped by UK Royal Mail.
Items valued at <£50 will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked. Items valued at >£50 will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked / Signed For.
If you wish to use another shipping service please ask, and I can change the shipping method.

For Custom Orders, production and shipping times will vary (usually 3-6 weeks) depending on the item, how long it takes to make and my production schedule. I will keep you informed of progress via email.
